How to Redeem Your Gift Card
Online Orders- During the checkout process on the “Place Your Order” page click on the “Redeem Now” button. Then click on the “Gift Cards” tab and follow the instructions on the page. Phone Orders- A member of our friendly customer service team will ask you for payment. When they do this just give them your gift card number.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed through any C&N Footlockers’ website or by calling 1-800-535-2057.
2. Coupons may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
3. Taxes are not charged when you purchase a Gift Card. All applicable taxes are charged when the Gift Card is redeemed.
4. When purchased alone Gift Cards are shipped via 1st Class mail. When purchased with other items Gift Cards are shipped via UPS.
5. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Bearer of Gift Card is responsible if their Gift Card is lost or stolen. Please call 1-800-535-2057 to report a lost or stolen card.
7. Gift Cards are not to be resold. C&N Footlockers will not guarantee Gift Cards purchased through auction sites such as eBay or any other site that is not operated by C&N Footlockers.
8. Upon purchase all unused amounts will be retained on your Gift Card You can check your Gift Card balance online at CandNFootlockers.com or call us at 1-800-535-2057 and we will check for you.
9. If your purchase exceeds the amount available on your Gift Card you may pay the balance using any of C&N Footlockers’ accepted payment methods.
